This project involved the extension and refurbishment of an existing Land Rover dealership to form a new Land Rover dealership. The works were undertaken over two phases with the second phase commencing once the first had been handed over to the Client. Works included:

• Refurbishment of existing workshop and ancillaries

• Demolition and rebuilding of the Parts Department and ancillary facilities

• Formation of offices to ground and first floors

• Formation of offices staff welfare facilities

• Formation of plant rooms including one on the roof

• Formation of computer room and archives

• Creation of WCs and training room

• Provision of new and used car display areas internally and externally

• General external works, drainage, including petrol interceptor and hard landscaping

• Provision of block paving concrete and Bitmac areas to roadways

• General external works, drainage, including petrol interceptor and hard landscaping

• Provision of utilities
