Refurbishment and subdivision of an existing warehouse with associated fit out works.

Works comprised the following;

Remodelling and refurbishment of the Main Reception Area and creation of Meeting Room Suite
Minor alteration, repair, redecoration and re-carpeting of the existing office accommodation at both Ground and First floor and installation of new viewing windows over the Production Area
Extension of the office accommodation over the existing storage area at Ground and First Floor
Construction of Production Office, QA facility and amenity block including staff WC, change and locker areas together with canteen.
Sub – division of the warehouse to create the assembly, machine and welding shop.
Alteration and extension of the existing gas fired warehouse heating to suit the subdivision and production use as opposed to warehouse use
Alteration of the existing warehouse lighting and provision of supplementary fittings to improve lux levels and suit the production use
Primary and Secondary Power Distribution and Feeds to the Production Areas
Installation of Compressor Air Distribution System to serve the Production Areas
Alteration and Extension of existing Door Access and Security Systems
Replacement of Data Cabling Systems and Cabinets.
Works to the yard including new foul drainage to serve the new amenity block, an external smoking shelter and compressor housing together with white lining to create additional car parking
