Works comprised of the following;

• Relocation of EV charging point.

• Excavate foundations for new retaining wall.

• Construction of new retaining wall including brick & block work.

• Casting new pad foundations including steel dowel bars.

• Casting strip foundation for decking.

• Formwork to form concrete pad stones.

• Casting pad stones on top of pad foundations.

• Installation of geotextile root barrier below building/decking area.

• Installation of frame to receive decking.

• Installation of duct work for new electrical services.

• Installation of new drainage pipework and inspection chambers.

• Installation of pipework for new water supply.

• Erection of steelwork for new building.

• Erection of building including fit-out.

• Connection of services to building.

• Groundworks including timber decking, pergola and timber seating to retaining wall.

• Installation of new concrete cast entrance steps and install paving.

• Construction of new external ramp and circulation area.

• Installation of hazard paving to road edges / top & bottom of steps and ramp forming drop kerbs.

• Tarmacking Works.

• Construction of humped crossing to existing internal road.

• Fitting balustarding to steps.

• Landscaping.

• Capping off new landscaped areas with 450mm top soil.

• Capping off slopping areas with 150mm of top soil.

• Laying grass turf to new sloping areas.
