Statement:

This project involved the conversion of a pub to a Tesco Express store.

Following a\full strip out of the existing fixtures and fittings, and minor structural works, a full shop fit out was undertaken to the current Tesco Design Standards.

Amongst the additions to fabric of the building, were a new frontage to the store, new glazing and signage. A new ATM Room was constructed and new plant added. As a result of this, new mechanical and electrical systems were also installed.

As part of the Tesco commitment to the community, a donation of £500 is made to a deserving local cause. In this case, the donation was to the Chellaston Park Court Residential Home. The pictures show the presentation of the award to Bridgette Hilton, General Manager of the home, by Leigh the Store Manager.
