Statement:

This project involved the fit out of developers shell into a Tesco Express store.

Amongst the additions to fabric of the building, were a new frontage to the store, new glazing and signage, both internal and external. A new ATM Room was constructed and new plant and HVAC added. As a result of this, new mechanical and electrical systems were also installed.

New flooring and a suspended ceiling were added and new offices, welfare room and secure room created. A new bakery bake off area was formed together with a new back of house. New toilets were also added.

The internal Fitout was to the current Tesco Design Standard for Express stores and included the installation of shelving, cabinets, freezers, Customer Service Desk and checkouts

This project was delivered on time and to the Client’s satisfaction.
