This programme involves the re-modelling of the existing pharmacy in each store.

Initially, a temporary pharmacy was installed in the store. This was followed by the demerchandising of the existing pharmacy and then involved the stripping out of the existing wall and base cabinets, shop fittings, suspended ceiling system and vinyl floor tiles. Finally, the redundant stud partitions were removed.

Construction then began on the new pharmacy. Works included the installation of a new lighting grid, the installation of a new air conditioning unit in the ceiling void, a new sink and plumbing works. This was followed by the walls being made good and new partitions installed. Once all the new fixtures and fittings were installed, the new services were commissioned.

Following the removal of the temporary pharmacy, works began on constructing a new consultancy room. Works involved laying a new floor, installation of a new wall and new floor coverings. New fixtures and fittings were installed and finally, the re-decoration of all exposed wall surfaces.

This is an ongoing programme and has met with the satisfaction of the Client for those stores completed to date.
