Statement:
The project involved the extension of the existing Lidl Food Store at the above address to create a bakery preparation area and display counter.
The extension adjoins the existing Northern elevation to the rear of the existing trolley bay. The project included all mechanical & electrical supplies, internal finishes and decoration in accordance with the Lidl 2010.1 Specification.
In addition, Key Property Solutions installed the specialist freezer, oven equipment and bakery display units.
Externally, an extension to the car parking bay was completed and the perimeter was paved around the bakery extension. Finally, tarmac works were completed.
Coordination with the Lidl Construction Manager and Store Manager was paramount to the success of this project.
This project was completed on time and on budget and met with the Client’s satisfaction.
