In all cases we were appointed as Principal Contractor and all the contracts listed were "fast track" with a programme period of between 6 and 8 weeks. The projects were completed to the total satisfaction of the Client, on time and within budget.
Parts of the Clients Small Works partnering agreement we carry out Projects varying in size nationally contract value totalling £10 million. By utilising our in house teams we have been responsible for a number of exciting and diverse schemes:
Concession fit outs, for some of Sainsbury’s concession partners such as, Kodak, Persil Fuji, Timpson’s, Going Places and Costa Coffee. Average cost of £70,000 per unit depending on specification.
General Merchandising store upgrades, bringing the non food range into your local Sainsbury’s stores. These projects were based on a very quick turnaround, in some cases the foot print of the store was re designed to accommodate the new GM range in less than 6 weeks from inception to completion. Each store ranged in value from £100,000 to £500,000.
