The Aldi store enhancement programme utilising KPS’s fast-track design and build management expertise coupled with our directly employed dedicated installation teams covering all the diverse trade requirements to carry out the scope i.e. Joinery, Mechanical & Electrical, and Decoration.
Store specific programme period 7 days.
Portfolio of 103 stores nation-wide, all of which have undergone major upgrades over a very short period of time.
We feel having been involved with the design and implementation of the store enhancement features, some of the key design elements implemented by KPS have contributed to an increase in their market appeal.

Full external works programme incorporating: tarmac repairs, white lining and landscaping. This work was site specific and required full survey and costing produced in time to tie in with the requirement to complete the project over the 14-day programme.

Design of shop fitting equipment with the emphasis being on utilising cost efficient materials which at the same time are durable and flexible to ensure less time is required to manoeuvre the equipment in the future when further product line changes may be necessary.

Commitment by the Client to freeze the design with further investment in time by the whole team to ensure the "Store Model" is mirrored and delivered throughout the Aldi portfolio, this is further enhanced by;

Assigning trained and dedicated Keycare teams to this particular type of fast track programme, reducing the need to reinvent the wheel;

Pre-agreed cost schedules for all stores, with the exception of the external upgrade works which, whilst completed as part of the programme, the final account was agreed at completion stage, the funds for this element of the works were from a totally separate budget. |
